S&U has been advised yesterday that on 12 May 2025, 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred at nil cost, to Jack Coombs and his wife Lucinda Coombs as trustees of Sian's Settlement (the "Trust"). Jack and Lucinda Coombs have no beneficial interest in the Trust.
