Report Content Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka") w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego Spółki nr 21/2025, informuje o wydaniu w dniu 8 lipca 2025 r. oświadczenia nr 610/2025 Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") w sprawie asymilacji akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii S Spółki ("Oświadczenie").  

Zgodnie z treścią Oświadczenia, KDPW postanowiło dokonać asymilacji 750.000 (siedemset pięćdziesiąt tysięcy) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii S Spółki oznaczonych kodem PLPILAB00061 ("Akcje") z akcjami Spółki znajdującymi się w obrocie giełdowym oznaczonymi kodem PLPILAB00012. Data przeprowadzenia asymilacji w systemie depozytowym KDPW to 14 lipca 2025 r.  

W związku z powyższym, warunek zawieszający wprowadzenia Akcji do obrotu, o którym mowa w raporcie bieżącym Spółki nr 21/2025 zostanie spełniony w dniu 14 lipca 2025 r. i z tym dniem Akcje zostaną wprowadzone do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym.  

Szczegółowa podstawa prawna: § 18 ust. 1 pkt 1) Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.  

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland ("Company"), with reference to the Company's current report No. 21/2025, hereby announces that on 8 July 2025, the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., "KDPW") issued statement No. 610/2025 regarding the assimilation of the Company's Series S ordinary bearer shares ("Statement").  

According to the Statement, KDPW decided to assimilate 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) Series S ordinary bearer shares of the Company, identified with the code PLPILAB00061 ("Shares"), with the shares of the Company already admitted to trading on the stock exchange, identified with the code PLPILAB00012. The assimilation in the KDPW depository system will take place on 14 July 2025.  

As a result, the suspensive condition for the introduction of the Shares to trading, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 21/2025, will be fulfilled on 14 July 2025, and on that date the Shares will be introduced to trading on the main market.
