Prior to 3 July <XNRQ V GLUHFW Gominant entity was TSS Europe holding 100% of shares in WKHVKDUHFDSLWDORI<XNRQ

The indirect shareholding of the shares in Asseco Poland by dominant entities of TSS Europe, i.e. (i) Constellation Software Inc. with its registered office in Toronto, Canada, (ii) Topicus.com Inc. with its registered office in Toronto, Canada, and (iii) Topicus.com Coöperatief U.A. with its registered office in Utrecht, the Netherlands, has not changed.

## **1. Date and type of event which led to a change in the share in the total vote which is the subject of the notification**

The acquisition of the above-mentioned shares in Asseco Poland WRRNSODFH on 3 July 2025 as a result of the registration of the PHUJHUEHWZHHQ<XNRQDV a non-surviving entity and TSS Europe as a surviving entity (the "**Merger**").

**2. Number of shares held prior to the change and their percentage share in the Company's share capital, and the number of votes attached to these shares and their percentage share in the total vote** 

Prior 3 July 2025, i.e. prior the Merger, TSS Europe did not hold directly any shares in the Company.

Prior 3 July 2025, i.e. prior the Merger, TSS Europe held indirectly 8,300,029 (eight million three hundred thousand twenty nine) shares in Asseco Poland corresponding to 9.99% of the share capital of the Company, in total conferring the right to exercise 8,300,029 (eight million three hundred thousand twenty nine) of the votes at the general meeting of the Company, which corresponded to 9.99% of the total number of votes.

8,300,029 (eight million three hundred thousand twenty nine) shares in Asseco Poland corresponding to 9.99% of the share capital of the Company, in total conferring the right to exercise 8,300,029 (eight million three hundred thousand twenty nine) of the votes at the general meeting of the Company, which corresponds to 9.99% of the total number of votes.

**4. Information on the subsidiaries of the shareholder making the notification, which hold shares in the Company and third parties referred to in Art. 87(1)(3)(c) of the Act** 

The subsidiaries of TSS Europe do not hold or did not hold directly or indirectly any shares in Asseco Poland (subject to <XNRQEHIRUH-XO\

TSS Europe is not or was not a party to the agreements referred to in Art. 87(1)(3)(c) of the Act.

## **5. Information on financial instruments referred to in Art. 69b of the Act pursuant to Art. 69(4)(7-9) of the Act**

Not applicable. TSS Europe does not hold or held the financial instruments referred to in Art. 69b of the Act.
