Re: Dismissal of Appeal Filed to the Supreme Court on Judgment of the District Court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa - Phoenix Pension and Provident (Subsidiary) The Company announce that on July 7, 2025, an appeal filed by the plaintiffs to the Supreme Court was dismissed. This appeal was against the Judgment of the District Court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa dated November 22, 2022, which rejected the motion to certify a claim as a class action (hereinafter: "The Judgment"). The claim was filed against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd., as well as against 4 management companies of additional pension funds (hereinafter, collectively: "The Defendants"). The claim concerns the allegation that the Defendants pay agents fees and commissions calculated as a percentage of the management fees charged by them, thus allegedly violating their fiduciary duties, and as a result, the management fees that plan holders are charged are higher than the appropriate rate (See detailed in the Immediate Report dated January 22, 2023 (Reference No. 2023-01-010002), and in Note 9c(3) to the Company's financial statements for March 31, 2025, which were published on May 29, 2025 (Reference No. 2025-01-038652).With this, the proceedings have come to an end. false
