Tradedoubler postpones financial release dates

Tradedoubler communicated on January 22 the preliminary unaudited figures for the fourth quarter of 2024 due to a ransomware attack against one of the company's hosting providers.

Tradedoubler's internal and financial systems are affected, but no business-related systems. As a result of this Tradedoubler will postpone some of its future financial release dates in order to secure all financial information needed.

Quarterly Report January - December 2023: will be released on 28th of February Annual Report for 2023: will be released 30th of April Annual Shareholder meeting will be held 22nd of May Quarterly Report January - March 2024: will be released on 22nd of May
