Yönetim Kurulu'nun 01.04.2022 tarihli kararı kapsamında Şirketimiz çıkarılmış sermayesinin 1.120.000.000 TL artırılarak 1.120.000.000 TL'den 2.240.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin 8.maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 28.04.2022 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

Our application regarding the increase of our Company's issued capital from TRY 1,120,000,000 to TRY 2,240,000,000 and the amendment of the Article 8 of our Company's Articles of Association has been approved by the Capital Markets Board on 28 April 2022.
