Şirketimizin çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 1.120.000.000 TL'den 2.240.000.000 TL'ye artırılması kapsamında ihraç edilecek 1.120.000.000 TL nominal değerli paylara ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

The issue document approved by the Capital Markets Board for shares with a nominal value of TRY 1,120,000,000 to be issued within the scope of increasing the issued capital of our company from TRY 1,120,000,000 to TRY 2,240,000,000 , is attached.
