The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank", "Company") herebyinforms that the Annual General Meeting convened on June 16, 2025,continued on July 7, 2025 taking into account the assessment ofcompliance with the requirements of adequacy, appointed Ms. AgataMazurowska - Rozdeiczer to the composition of the Bank's SupervisoryBoard.

Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of the Bank on the appointmentof a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank entered into force atthe time of adoption.

According to the submitted statements, Ms. Agata Mazurowska - Rozdeiczerdoes not perform any activity competitive to the Company, and she doesnot participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civilpartnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a competitivecapital company or a member of a body of any competitive legal entity,and she is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedpursuant to the provisions of the Act of August 20, 1997, on theNational Court Register.
