The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA gives notice the quorum necessary to carry on reunion of the Shareholders' general ordinary assembly has not been met on 07.07.2025, 10:00 h, at the first convocation. The assemblie have been attended by proxy or correspondence by 18 shareholders representing 18,69843% of the company's share capital at Shareholders' general ordinary reunion.

Consequently, in accordance with Convening Notice the second reunion of the Shareholders' general ordinary assemblie will be held on July 8, 2025, 10:00 h, in the PLATINUM Centre building, str. Olteni no. 2-4, Bucharest 3, 11th floor, Meeting room 1112, having the same agenda.
