Yönetim Kurulumuz, aşağıda belirtilen hususları karar altına almıştır.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri:II N17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerinin Belirlenmesine ve Uygulanmasına İlişkin Tebliğ'i gereğince; Sn. Füsun KURAN'ın, mevcut üye Sn. Murat Yalnızoğlu'nun görev süresinin dolmasından dolayı Denetim ve Riskin Erken Saptanması komitesine seçilmesine ve Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi Başkanlığına getirilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Denetimden Sorumlu Komite: Ahmet BAL (Başkan), Füsun KURAN (Üye)

Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi: Pınar ILGAZ (Başkan), Ahmet BAL (Üye),Verda Beste TAŞAR (Üye)

Riskin Erken Teşhisi Komitesi: Füsun KURAN (Başkan), Ahmet BAL (Üye)

Our Board of Directors has resolved on the following issues.

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial: II N 17.1 on the Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles; It was decided to appoint Ms. Füsun KURAN as a member of the Audit and Early Detection of Risk Committee and to be appointed as the Chairman of the Early Detection of Risk Committee due to the expiration of the term of office of the current member, Mr.Murat Yalnızoğlu.

The committees of our Company comprise of the following members.

Audit Committee: Ahmet BAL (President), Füsun KURAN (Member)

Corporate Governance Committee: Pınar ILGAZ (President), Ahmet BAL (Member),Verda Beste TAŞAR(Member),

Early Recognition of Risk Committee: Füsun KURAN (President), Ahmet BAL (Member)
