Şirketimiz, Sermaye Piyasası Kurumu (SPK) Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında 2021 yılı net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 21.925.692,00 TL olup, vergi mevzuatına göre hesaplanan mali tablolarda ise 99.893.287,69 TL kar söz konusudur. SPK mevzuatına göre hazırlanan mali tablolarda, 4.994.664,38 TL I. tertip yasal yedek akçe ayrılıp, yıl içinde ödenen bağışlar eklendiğinde bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir kar 16.949.867,62 TL'dir.

Şirket Yönetim Kurulumuz hissedarlarımıza net dağıtılabilir dönem karından karşılanmak üzere, 5.000.000,00 TL brüt nakit temettü ödenmesine, bakiye 11.827.027,62 TL'nin ise dağıtılmayıp olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılması hususunun Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına,
