Amendment to Article 6 titled "Capital" of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the increase of the current registered capital ceiling of the company from 1,500,000,000,00 TL to 5,000,000,000,00 TL and updating the registered capital ceiling period to 2022-2026 17.05.2022 Capital Markets Board and Adopted as approved by the Ministry of Commerce.

The results of the said 2021 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting were registered by İzmir Trade Registry Provincial Directorate on 25.05.2022 and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 25.05.2022 and numbered 10584.

In this context, the latest version of our Company's Articles of Association is attached.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Şirketin mevcut kayıtlı sermaye tavanının 1.500.000.000,00 TL'den 5.000.000.000,00 TL'na çıkarılmasına ve kayıtlı sermaye tavanı süresinin 2022-2026 olacak şekilde güncellenmesine ilişkin Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6. maddesi değişikliği 17.05.2022 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurulda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından onaylandığı şekilde kabul edilmiştir.

Söz konusu 2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantı sonuçları İzmir Ticaret Sicil İl Müdürlüğü tarafından 25.05.2022 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 25.05.2022 tarih ve10584 sayılı Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

Bu kapsamda Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesinin son hali ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çeviri metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.
