Şirket Yönetim Kurulumuzun 6 Nisan 2022 tarihli toplantısında; Adana Seyhan'da Şirketimize ait arazi üzerinde kurulu bulunan üretim faaliyetleri sona erdirilmiş PET Cips üretim tesisinin; tesis, makine ve teçhizatının  INDORAMA VENTURES ADANA PET SANAYİ A.Ş. şirketinden 43.975.460,80 TL + KDV bedelle satın alınmasına ve içsel bilginin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin "İçsel Bilgilerin Kamuya Açıklanmasının Ertelenmesi" başlıklı 6'ncı maddesi kapsamında sözleşme şartları uyarınca kamuya açıklanmasının ertelenmesine karar verilmiştir.

Sözleşme şart ve koşullarının yerine getirilmesi nedeniyle, içsel bilginin kamuya açıklanmasının ertelenmesi kararı ve alım işleminin tamamlandığı bilgisi kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

It has been resolved in our Board of Directors meeting dated 6 April 2022 to purchase the Plant and Machinery assets of mothballed PET Chips production facility from the company INDORAMA VENTURES ADANA PET SANAYİ A.Ş., which is located on the land belonging to our Company in Adana province Seyhan district,  at a price of TRY 43.975,460,80 + VAT, and to postpone the public disclosure of insider information within the scope of the Article 6 titled "Postponement of Public Disclosure of Insider Information" of the Communiqué (II-15.1) of the Capital Markets Board, on Material Events Disclosure, as per the contract.

Due to the fulfillment of contractual terms and conditions, we respectfully announce to the public the decision to postpone the disclosure of insider information and the information that the acquisition process was completed.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the original Turkish version shall prevail.
