Yönetim Kurulumuzun 14.04.2022 tarihli 2021 Yılı Kâr payı dağıtımına ilişkin kararı:

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarında net dönem kârı 220.116.350 TL, geçmiş yıl zararları -309.557.090,04 TL iken; TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarında net dönem kârı 12.982.396,69 TL, geçmiş yıl zararlarının -52.816.285,49 TL olduğu görülmektedir. Bu itibarla, Yönetim Kurulumuz, Genel Kurulumuzun görüş ve onayına sunulmak üzere, Şirketimizin 2021 yılında net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı olmadığından kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar vermiştir.
