Changes due to: Indirect acqusition. The notification of changes in major shareholdings is a result of requests for in-specie redemption by certain investors in Aeternum Capital AS. Consequently, a capital reduction in Aeternum Capital AS has been resolved, whereby approximately 79.8 per cent of the shares in Nordic Ski & Mountains AB ("HoldCo") are being distributed from Aeternum Capital AS to WQZ Investments Group Ltd, which will thereby be the new parent company to HoldCo. The resolution became unconditional on 27 February 2024 following FDI clearance from the Swedish Inspectorate for Strategic Products. HoldCo's holding of 15,060,000 shares in Skistar is not affected by the distribution and remains unchanged.
