Şirketimizin 100.000.000 TL'lik kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde bulunan 41.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 13.945.565,72 TL'si 2021 Yılı Net Karından, 10.054.434,28 TL'si Yeniden Değerleme Değer Artış fonundan olmak üzere toplamda 24.000.000 TL (% 58,536 oranında) artırılarak 65.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına karar verilmiştir.
