Lindab acquires the German ventilation distributor TGA KlimaPartner

Lindab expands its presence in Germany with the acquisition of the business of TGA KlimaPartner. With the acquisition, Lindab strengthens its sales and distribution in northern Germany.

TGA KlimaPartner is a well-established distributor of ventilation and indoor climate products with a strong local presence in northern Germany. Felderer, which Lindab acquired in 2022, will take over TGA KlimaPartner's operations as part of the agreement. This will be Felderer's second acquisition since becoming part of Lindab. The TGA KlimaPartner product range has clear similarities to Felderer's product range.

TGA KlimaPartner GmbH & Co KG is based in Ritterhude near Bremen. The company has an annual turnover of 50 MSEK with an operating margin that is lower than Lindab's operating margin. TGA KlimaPartner employs 10 people. The acquisition includes TGA KlimaPartner's business and is a so-called asset deal. The acquisition is financed through own cash and is expected to be finalised during the second quarter.
