Şirketimizin Uşak-Banaz'da 114,30 MW'lık rüzgar enerjisi santraline (RES) yardımcı kaynak olarak 82,15 MW mekanik (DC) güç - 71,73 MW elektriksel (AC) güç ilave edilecek olan güneş enerjisi santraline (GES) dayalı elektrik üretimi, iletimi ve dağıtımı konusunda gerçekleştireceği genel-tevsi yatırım projesi kapsamında T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı'na yapmış olduğu Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi müracaatı 07.08.2022 tarihi itibarıyla onaylanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, yerli sermaye ile gerçekleştirilecek olan 651.161.675 TL tutarındaki yatırım projesi için Şirketimiz adına 537066 sayılı Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi düzenlenmiştir. Şirketimizin aldığı bu teşvik tutarı listede yer alan projeler arasında en yüksek tutarlı ikinci projedir.

Genel-Tevsi Yatırım kapsamında yararlanacağımız destek unsurları aşağıdaki gibidir:

1- KDV İstisnası

2- Gümrük Vergisi Muafiyeti

As of August 7, 2022, the application of Investment Incentive Certificate has been approved within the scope of the general-expansion investment project to be realized by our company in the field of electricity generation, transmission and distribution based on the solar power plant (SPP), to which 82.15 MW of mechanical (DC) power - 71.73 MW of electrical (AC) power will be added as an auxiliary source to the 114.30 MW wind power plant (WPP) in Uşak-Banaz by Republic Of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology. In this context, Investment Incentive Document No. 537066 was issued on our behalf of the investment project amounting to TL 651,161,675 to be realized with domestic capital. This incentive amount received by our company is the second project which has highest amount among the projects in the list.

2- Customs Duty Exception
