reflect the truth about company's assets, liabilities, financial situation and profit and loss, and the financial situation of the company, together with the significant risks and

uncertainties faced.

a) 30 / 06 / 2022 dönemine ilişkin konsolide olmayan finansal tabloların tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b) İşletmedeki görev sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çercevesinde, tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tabloda önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya

açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çercevesinde, konsolide olmayan finansal tablonun işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve

zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde ve işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
