New number of shares and votes in Bonava AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Bonava AB (publ) ("Bonava" or the "Company") has changed as a result of the rights issue of Class A shares and Class B shares, resolved by the Board of Directors on 20 December 2023, and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 7 February 2024, and as a result of conversion of Class A shares to Class B shares.

The number of shares has through the rights issue increased by 214,380,934, of which 22,139,706 Class A shares and 192,241,228 Class B shares, corresponding to an increase of 413,638,288 votes.

Further, in March, following completion of the request of shareholders, in accordance with the conversion in Bonava's articles of association, a total of 1,938,164 Class A shares have been converted to a total of 1,938,164 Class B shares, resulting in a decrease of 17,443,476 votes.

As of 28 March 2024, the last trading day of March, there are a total of votes, after completed rights issue and after all conversions made, amounting to 604,259,311 and a total of 322,816,756 shares in the Company, of which 31,271,395 Class A shares with ten (10) votes per share, and 291,545,361 Class B shares with one (1) vote per share. Bonava holds 1,245,355 Class B shares in treasury.
