The memorandum prepared within the scope of the sale of the shares of our company in the capital of Vakıf Finansal Kiralama AŞ was approved at the meeting of the Capital Markets Board dated 08.09.2022 and numbered 49/1336. Approved Memorandum of Sale of Shares is attached.
