Şirketimizin 18 Ağustos 2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na (SPK) borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin onay için başvuru yapıldığı belirtilmişti. Söz konusu başvuru SPK tarafından 22 Eylül 2022 tarihinde onaylanmıştır. Onaylanan ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

In our material disclosure dated 18 August 2022, it was announced that an application was made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the approval of the debt instrument. The application was approved by the CMB on 22 September 2022. The approved issuance document is attached.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
