In our material disclosure dated 18 August 2022, it was announced that an application was made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the approval of the debt instrument. The application was approved by the CMB on 22 September 2022. The approved issuance document is attached. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
