Yönetim Kurulumuzun 26.10.2022 tarih ve 2022-42 sayılı kararı ile, 09.09.2022 tarihinde başlatılan pay geri alım işlemleri ile ilgili olarak, 08.09.2022 tarihindeki şirket paylarının kapanış fiyatı olan 30,06 TL'den, 24.10.2022 tarihindeki kapanış fiyatı olan 45,02 TL'ye, %49,77 artış göstermesi ve geri alım işlemlerine dönük alınan ilk Yönetim Kurulu kararındaki gerekçelerin ortadan kalkması nedeniyle 26.10.2022 itibarıyla sonlandırılmasına karar verilmiştir. İlgili geri alım programı kapsamında tamamı iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak üzere toplam 2.485.680 TL karşılığı 80.000 adet (sermaye oranı %0,32) hisse alımı gerçekleştirilmiştir.
