PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 9 OF CHAPTER TWO

LIABILITY STATEMENT

a) We have reviewed the unconsolidated financial statements and interim annual report for the period 01/01/2022 - 30/09/2022,

b) Within the framework of the information they have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, the financial statements and interim annual reports prepared in accordance with the Communiqué do not contain any misstatements, or any deficiencies that may result in misleading as of the date of disclosure,

c) Within the framework of the information they have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, we declare that the  unconsolidated financial statement and interim annual report honestly  reflect the  truth about company's assets, liabilities, financial situation and profit  and loss, and that the interim annual report honestly reflects the development  and performance of the business and the financial situation of the company, together  with the significant risks and uncertainties faced.

İKİNCİ BÖLÜMÜNÜN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİNCE

SORUMLULUK BEYANI

a) 01/01/2022 - 30/09/2022 dönemine ilişkin konsolide olmayan finansal tabloların ve ara faaliyet raporunun tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b) İşletmedeki görev sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çercevesinde, tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tablo ve ara faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çercevesinde, konsolide olmayan finansal tablo ve ara faaliyet raporunun işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığı ve ara faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ile performansını ve işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
