Aşağıdaki açıklama, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'nin 31 Ekim 2022 tarih ve E-18454353-100.06-12202 sayılı yazısı ile Şirketimizin payları üzerinde gerçekleşen olağandışı fiyat ve miktar hareketine ilişkin özel durum açıklaması yapılması talebi üzerine yapılmaktadır.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliğinin "Olağan dışı fiyat ve miktar hareketleri" başlıklı 8.maddesine göre Şirketimizce kamuya açıklanmamış özel bir durum bulunmamaktadır.

The following disclosure is made upon the request of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. to make a public disclosure regarding the unusual price and volume movements on our Company's shares with the letter dated 31 October 2022 and numbered E-18454353-100.06-12202

There is no material event that has not been disclosed to the public by our Company as per Article 8, titled "Unusual Price and Quantity Movements" of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué II-15.1 on "Material Events Disclosure".
