Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 seri numaralı Özel Durumlar Tebliği  gereğince Şirketimiz açıklaması aşağıdadır:

Şirketimiz tarafından 04.06.2020 , 30.06.2020, 01.07.2020 tarihlerinde yapmış olduğumuz Özel Durum Açıklamalarımızda Şirketimiz hissedarlarının yatırım kararlarını etkileyecek bir durum ortaya çıkması halinde, konuyla ilgili gelişmelerin kamuoyuna duyurulacağı belirtilmiş ve bu güne kadar herhangi bir gelişme olmamıştır.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 04.11.2022 tarihinde yapmış olduğu toplantıda bu konuyu değerlendirmiş ve İtalya merkezli GPI S.p.A. şirketi ile başlamış olan ama gelişme katedilemeyen bu sürecin şirketimizce sonlandırılmasına ve ilgili firmanın da bilgilendirilerek konunun kapatılmasına karar verilmiştir.

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's II-15.1 serial numbered Special Situations Communiqué, the company's explanation is as follows:

In our Special Situation Statements made by our Company on 04.06.2020, 30.06.2020, 01.07.2020, it was stated that if a situation arises that will affect the investment decisions of our company's shareholders, the relevant developments will be announced to the public, and there has been no development so far.

The Board of Directors of our company evaluated this issue at the meeting it held on 04.11.2022 and decided to terminate this process, which started with the Italian-based GPI S.p.A company but could not progress, by our company and to close the issue by informing the relevant company.
