01/12/2022 tarihinde (Bugün), İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. şirket paylarının halka arz edilmesine ve bu çerçevede gerekli çalışmaların yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Halka arz süreci kapsamında, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat hükümlerine uygun hale getirilmesi amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ön izin başvurusu gönderilmiştir.

Halka arz süreci ile ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyu ve yatırımcılar ile ayrıca paylaşılacaktır.
