All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Carnegie Investment Bank AB on behalf of Hoist Finance.
Following the above acquisitions, Hoist Finance's holding of own shares amounts to 2,015,022 as of 26 April 2024. The total number of shares in Hoist Finance, including the own shares, is 89,303,000 and the number of outstanding shares, excluding the own shares, is 87,287,978.
