Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin tadil edilmiş 8.maddesi Adana Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 16 Aralık 2022 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 16 Aralık 2022 tarihli ve 10727 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

The amended version of Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association has been registered by Adana Trade Registry on 16 December 2022 and announced on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette no.10727, dated 16 December 2022.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the original Turkish version shall prevail.
