Önümüzdeki dönemde yurt dışında yapılabilecek yatırımlar ve kurulabilecek ortaklıklar ile küresel kredi ve sermaye piyasalarında gerçekleştirilebilecek işlemlerin daha hızlı ve etkin yürütülmesini sağlamak amacıyla, sermayesinin tamamı %100 bağlı ortaklığımız olan Sasa Uluslararası Finansal Yatırım A.Ş.'ye ait olmak üzere Hollanda'da 1.000.000 Euro sermaye ile Sasa Trading BV unvanlı yeni bir şirket kurulmuştur.

In order to ensure that the transactions related to investments and partnerships that can be made abroad, and to global credit and capital markets can be carried out faster and more effectively in the coming period; a new company titled Sasa Trading BV was established in the Netherlands with a capital of EUR 1,000,000 under 100% direct ownership of Sasa Uluslararası Finansal Yatırım A.Ş. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company.
