Future plc (LSE: FUTR; "Future"), the global platform for specialist media, following its announcement on 30 January 2025, announces that Kevin Li Ying has joined the Future Board as Chief Executive Officer with effect from today.
Jon Steinberg, who stepped down from the Board and as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 30 March 2025, will act as Senior Advisor until 30 June 2025 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
The required statement under section 430(2B) Companies Act 2006 in respect of Jon stepping down as a director will be available on the Company's website.
