Novation of Investment Management Agreement

Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that Harwood Capital LLP ("HC") has today novated its appointment as the Company's Investment Manager and alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM") to Rockwood Asset Management ("RAM"), a trading name of Harwood Private Capital LLP, another subsidiary in the Harwood group.

The change of Investment Manager and AIFM is effective from 31 March 2025, pursuant to which HC's appointment under the existing investment management agreement between the Company and HC (the "IMA") has been novated to RAM.  There has been no other change to the terms of the IMA (including fees payable to the Investment Manager) and the Harwood group has confirmed to the Company that there will be no changes to the team currently providing services to the Company and that service levels will be uninterrupted by the novation.
