Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından; gelişen piyasa ve pazar koşulları ile küresel ölçekte yaşanan ekonomik gelişmelerin faaliyet gösterdiğimiz sektöre etkileri ve Türkiye sermaye piyasalarına yansımalarının bir sonucu olarak KUYAŞ YATIRIM A.Ş' nin Borsa İstanbul'da oluşan değerinin, şirket faaliyetlerinin gerçek performansını yansıtmadığı değerlendirilmiş olup, başta küçük paydaşlarımız olmak üzere tüm paydaşlarımızın menfaatlerinin korunması ve sağlıklı fiyat oluşumuna katkıda bulunmak amacıyla;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 21.07.2016, 25.07.2016 ve 23.03.2020 tarihli duyurularına istinaden Şirket paylarının Borsa'dan geri alım işlemlerinin başlatılması için,

24.12 .2021 tarih 2021/42 no ve 30.05.2022 tarih 2022/015 no lu kararlar ile şirket iç kaynaklarından karşılanmak üzere toplam azami fon tutarının 30.000.000 TL olarak belirlenmiş geri alım işlemlerinin yürütülmesi konusunda Genel Müdürlüğe yetki verilmiştir.

Geri alım programının amacına ulaşması nedeniyle, 30.12.2022 tarih ve 36 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile yürütülen geri alım programı sonlandırılmış olup, önümüzdeki dönemde hissedarlarımızın menfaatlerinin korunmasını teminen geri alım programı başlatılması yeniden değerlendirilecektir.
