PDMR Dealing and Exercise of Options

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) announces that the Company has been notified that on 25 March 2025, Adrian Laffey, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (" PDMR") in the Company,  transferred in aggregate 443,924 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") held by him to a Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") held in his name at an average price of 18 pence per Share.

The SIPP transfer was effected by the sale and immediate repurchase of the Shares.

Exercise of Options

The Company also announces that on 27 March 2025, under its Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"), 300,000 share options were exercised by Adrian Laffey at a price of 10 pence per option and were satisfied by the transfer of 300,000 existing Shares held by the Employee Benefit Trust.

The issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company remains unchanged.

Following the above transactions, Adrian is beneficially interested in 7,381,983 Shares in the Company, representing 3.00% of the voting capital of the Company.
