SHARE DEALINGS

The Company announces that it has been notified that James Corsellis, partner of Marwyn Investment Management LLP ( " MIM " ), the manager of the Company, purchased 45,200 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 107.0 pence per share on 27 March 2025. James now holds 6,357,011 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.24 % of the Company's voting rights.

Also on 27 March 2025, Antoinette Vanderpuije, partner of MIM, purchased 3,600 Ordinary Shares at a price of 107.0 pence per share. Antoinette now holds 225,712 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.40 % of the Company's voting rights .

Antoinette also sold 24,900 Ordinary Shares at a price of 107.0 pence per share from her General Investment Account and purchased 24,900 Ordinary Shares for her SIPP and personal ISA accounts at a price of 107.1 pence per share.

Whilst neither James Corsellis nor Antoinette Vanderpuije is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, they have both voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if they were PDMRs in relation to the Company.
