2022 yılında artan üretim hacminin etkisiyle, geçici olarak görev yapmakta olan personelin önemli bir kısmının daimi çalışan olarak istihdam edilmesi sonucunda, 31 Aralık 2022 tarihi itibari ile şirketimiz bünyesinde, geçici personel hariç istihdam edilen personel sayısında, kamuya açıklanan son bilançoda yer alan personel sayısına göre %15,9 artış gerçekleşmiştir..

31 Aralık 2022 tarihi itibarıyla, geçici personel hariç istihdam edilen personel 2.942 kişiye, toplam personel 3.298 kişiye ulaşmıştır (30 Eylül 2022 itibariyle, geçici personel hariç istihdam edilen personel 2.538 kişi, toplam personel 3.583 kişi).

Bu açıklama SPK'nın II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliği rehberinin 5.7 maddesinin 11. fıkrası gereği yapılmıştır.

As a result of the increasing production volume in 2022, a significant part of the temporarily employed personnel were employed as permanent employees, as of December 31, 2022, the number of employees employed in our company, excluding temporary personnel, increased by 15.9% compared to the number of personnel included in the last publicly disclosed balance sheet.

As of 31 December 2022, the personnel employed excluding the temporary personnel reached to 2,942 persons, and the total personnel reached to 3,298 persons (as of 30 September 2022, the personnel employed excluding the temporary personnel 2,538 persons, the total personnel 3,583 persons).
