Notice of Annual General Meeting
Harmony Energy Income Trust plc announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on Tuesday 29 April 2025 at 10.00am at the offices of Panmure Liberum Limited, Level 12 Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY.
The Company's formal Notice of AGM will be posted to Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, a copy of the document has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and, will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . The Notice of AGM is also available to view on the Company's corporate website at https://www.heitp.co.uk/investors/shareholder-documents/ .
