Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR assisted Monitoring and Optimization solution across multiple wind turbine platforms, announces that it was today notified that David Lis, Non-Executive Chairman, transferred 90,000 Windar ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife Patricia Lis on 25 March 2025. In addition, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, Mr & Mrs Lis have today sold 95,430 Ordinary Shares at a price of 42p per share before subsequently acquiring 95,228 Ordinary Shares also at 42p.
Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Lis' total beneficial interest in the Company is now 2,020,782 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
