Notification of Transaction by Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

Dr. Martens plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares undertaken on behalf of a director and person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR").

On 25 March 2025, Giles Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, received a cash payment pursuant to the buyout arrangements agreed in advance of his appointment in May 2024, details of which were disclosed in the Company's 2024 Annual Report. In line with the Company's Remuneration Policy, one third of the net amount payable was subsequently used to purchase shares which Giles is required to hold for a minimum of two years.

The relevant notification, set out below, is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
