Changed dates for Interim Report and Annual General Meeting

The board of Q-linea AB (publ) ("Q-linea" or the "Company") has decided to change the dates for the publication of the Interim Report for the first quarter and the Annual General Meeting.

The reason for the postponement of the report and AGM is that Q-linea is in a negotiation process for a new financing structure to ensure necessary capital mainly to finance the ongoing market launch of ASTar in the US. The board has found it most appropriate to postpone the publication of the interim report for the first quarter 2024 to 28 May 2024 at 7.30 a.m. and to postpone the Annual General Meeting 2024 to 28 June 2024 at 3 p.m.
