Trading Update

Morgan Sindall Group plc, the Partnerships, Fit Out and Construction Services Group, today announces an update on trading and the outlook for the 2025 financial year.

Since the Group announced full year results on 26th February 2025, the Fit Out division has experienced an acceleration in its trading momentum and is now expected to exceed both the Group's previous expectations and the top-end of its revised Medium Term Targets (of £60-£85 million). Elsewhere, all other divisions are broadly on track to perform in line with the Group's previous guidance and expectations.

As a result, the Group now anticipates that its full year results for 2025 will be slightly ahead of market consensus1.

The Group will provide its next scheduled trading update on 1st May 2025.
