Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 16 Ocak 2023 tarihinde onaylanmış olan Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin tadil edilmiş 8.maddesi Adana Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 20 Ocak 2023 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 20 Ocak 2023 tarihli ve 10752 say ılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

The amended version of Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association approved by the Capital Markets Board on 16 January 2023 has been registered by Adana Trade Registry on 20 January 2023 and announced on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette no.10752, dated 20 Januray 2023.
