6.12.2022 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan; yurtiçinde halka arz edilmeksizin tahsisli satış ve/veya nitelikli yatırımcıya satış yöntemleriyle satılmak üzere, 1 yılık dönem içerisinde bir veya  birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 2.000.000.000 Türk Lirası tutarına kadar tahvil borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 19.01.2023 tarih ve 3/62 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

Based on our company's disclosure dated December 6, 2022, our application made to the Capital Markets Board(CMB) for the issue certificate pertaining to the issue of debt instruments up to TL 2,000,000,000, in a single lot or in multiple lots, for sale domestically to qualified investors and/or as pre-allocated and without public offering in a 1-year time period has been approved by the CMB with the decision numbered 3/62 and date January 19, 2023. The Application Form, Issue Document and attachment of the Issue Document are attached.
