Additional Explanations

Pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 14.02.2023 and numbered 9/177, this is the update made regarding some of the announcements and policy decisions that were repealed about share buy-back:

On 28.06.2022 , with the decision of the Board of Directors, it has been evaluated that the share price of the Company does not reflect the financial performance of the Company, and in order to contribute to the formation of a healthy price;

Within the scope of the Capital Market Board's II-22.1 Communiqué on Repurchased Shares and the Capital Market Board's announcements dated 21.07.2016, 25.07.2016 and 23.03.2020, it was decided to buy back our Company's publicly traded shares in Borsa Istanbul up to a maximum of 35.000.000 shares and 300.000.000.- TL fund amount.

On 07.02.2023 , with the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company, it has been decided to increase the maximum amount up to 60.000.000 shares and 600.000.000.-TL fund amount .
