13.02.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda Şirketimizin üretim tesislerinde durum tespiti çalışmaları nedeniyle üretime ara verildiği belirtilmiştir. Söz konusu açıklamamıza ilave olarak;

Deprem nedeniyle meydana gelen hasarın mali boyutunun tespiti için çalışmalar devam etmekte olup hasar tutarının Şirketimizin mali tablolarını önemli ölçüde etkileyecek düzeyde olmadığı değerlendirilmektedir. Ayrıca Şirketimizin deprem kaynaklı oluşacak hasarları sigorta teminatı kapsamındadır. Şirketimizin yeniden üretime geçebilmesi için tesislerde proses bazında çalışmalar devam etmektedir. Söz konusu çalışmalar tamamlandıktan sonra kademeli ve kontrollü bir şekilde üretime yeniden başlanması planlanmaktadır.

Konuya ilişkin gelişmeler olması halinde kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

In our material event disclosure dated 13 February 2023, it was stated that production was suspended due to due diligence studies at our company's production facilities. In addition to our aforementioned statement;

Studies are continuing to determine the financial aspect of the damage caused by the earthquake. It is considered that the amount of the damage is not at a level that will significantly affect the financial statements of our Company. In addition, our Company's damages due to earthquakes are covered by the insurance coverage. Process-based works at the facilities are continuing in order for our company to start production again. It is planned to restart production in a gradual and controlled manner after the mentioned works are completed.

Developments on the subject will be shared with the public.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
