The Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2024 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group. Each warrant entitles the holder, during the period June 11, 2029 through December 10, 2029, to subscribe for one (1) new share in Byggmax Group AB at a subscription price of SEK 48.00. The resolution means that seven key individuals at the Byggmax Group will have the opportunity to acquire up to a total of 440,000 warrants.
Assignment of 400,000 warrants to participants in the incentive program has now been completed.
