In accordance with the Capital Markets Board "Registered Capital System Communiqué II-18-1" ("Communiqué") our application was approved on February 20, 2023 by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye for the amendment of article 8 of the Articles of Association of the Company as attached in order to increase the registered capital ceiling from TL 875.000.000 to TL 5.740.000.000 valid for the period 2023-2027.
