Şirketimizin 1 Ocak 2022 – 31 Aralık 2022 hesap döneminde, II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği'ne uygun olarak hazırlanan 31 Aralık 2022 tarihli finansal tablolara göre ( 4.468.948) TL zarar, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre tutulan yasal kayıtlara göre ise ( 9.593.257 ) TL zarar oluşmuştur. Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde yer alan esaslar ile Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ve Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde, zarar oluştuğu için kar dağıtılmayarak geçmiş yıllar zararları hesabına aktarılmasına, bu önerinin 2022 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin faaliyet sonuçlarının görüşüleceği Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
