Şirketimizin 23 Şubat 2023 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, 2023 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (Deloitte Touche)'nin seçilmesine karar verilmiştir. Alınan genel kurul karaları, Körfez Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 27 Şubat 2023 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir.
